Paintball Activity Indemnity

1. Participant Details

2. Acknowledgement of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in paintball activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

1. Impact injuries from paintball projectiles
2. Physical exertion and uneven terrain
3. Equipment-related risks
4. The actions of other participants

I understand that these risks may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate in the activity with full knowledge of these risks.

3. Compliance with Safety Rules

I agree that I will:

1. Wear approved face protection gear at all times within the designated play area
2. Follow all instructions given by Seasons staff and marshals
3. Only remove protective gear in designated safe zones when instructed
4. Conduct myself in a safe and responsible manner

I understand that failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.

4. Medical Fitness

1. I am physically and mentally fit to participate
2. I do not suffer from any condition that may increase my risk of injury
3. I participate entirely at my own risk

5. Indemnity and Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, I hereby:

1. Indemnify and hold harmless Seasons Golf, Leisure & Spa, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors (the Operator)
2. Waive any claims against the Operator for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from participation in the activity
3. Accept that this includes claims arising from negligence, excluding gross negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law
